About the Event
Module THREE takes Digital Prosthodontics to its full potentional, from trauma based single tooth immediate placement & Restoration to All-on-X, this course is demonstrates the full workflow including : Cone Beam / CEREC integration, Digital Prosthetic-based Implant planning, Digital Guide Milling & Printing, Surgical Implant Periodontics, Workflow & Lab integration, Materials / Methodology & the Future.
This is the Institute's Masterpiece Event, a culmination of Dr Craig Campbell's dual 18-year journey in both Surgical Implantology, and Digital Prosthodontics with CEREC. Practising in the same location, established with his Periodontist wife in 2001, Craig has experienced and shares the challenges and rewards that Digital Implantology has provided.
For the experienced General Dentist or Specialist wanting to venture into Digital Surgical Care, this course will lay out the pathway to safely implement the prinicipals of SAC to ensure patient saftey and ethical care.
Following the SAC Principals of the ITI Group for Implant Care, Craig will begin the 2 day journery with Simple CEREC Guide 3 Fully Guided Implant Surgery. These will be restored with TiBase CEREC Implant Crowns. Advanced casework will involve Quadrant Implant Bridges, moving quickly onto Dedicated to Advanced CBCT/STL Implant Planning with Real Life Casework explored from STL's & Conebeam data to final Titanium/Zirconia Bridgework.
For the majority of Day 2, we will explore many real life cases, with a focus on two workflows : Simple & Advanced.
By teaching both a Simple, and Advanced workflow, attendees will leave understanding which techniques for which cases, what equipment, software and labs are able to produce an easy and cost effective outcome. You dont need to be a CEREC user, and neither does the implant system affect the workflows that are taught.
The Advanced nature of this workshop makes this course unsuitable for those New to Digital Dentistry or Implantology. The Case-based teaching & practical aspects of this course will however suit users of all other digital systems, particularly those familiar with Straumann, Blue SkyBio & 3Shape Implant Studio.
Due to the Advanced nature however attendees will be strictly limited in order to protect the quality of the teaching.
Course materials will include 3D printed real-life cases, and real-life digital cases, allowing the participant to understand with coherence the process of examination through surgery, healing & restoration.
Module THREE will open your eyes based on your own implant experience and journery. From the Oral Surgeon who doesnt quite understand the prosthodontics, to the Periodontist who wishes to provide their refferers implant information, this course brings the two specialities together.
As the Masterpiece of Institute of Digital Pros the catering will include not just great french & japanese gastronomy, but we will enjoy on the first night a magnificent meal locally to enjoy the delights outside of dentistry.
